A. Dlomaa-ir rof'i munfashilah (ضَمائِرُ الرَّفْعِ المُنْفَصِلَةِ) = Kata Ganti Subjek Terpisah
- Anaa (أَنَا) = I = saya
- Anta (أَنْتَ) = You = kamu
- Anti (أَنْتِ) = You (female) = kamu (perempuan)
- Huwa (هُوَ) = He = dia
- Hiya (هِيَ) = She = dia (perempuan)
- Antumaa (أَنْتُمَا) = Both of you = kamu berdua
- Humaa (هُمَا) = Both of them = mereka berdua
- Nahnu (نَحْنُ) = We = kami/kita
- Antum (أَنْتُمْ) = You-all = kalian
- Antunna (أَنْتُنَّ) = You-all (female) = kalian (perempuan)
- Hum (هُمْ) = They = mereka
- Hunna (هُنَّ) = They (female) = mereka (perempuan)
A.1. Menghilangkan ambigu di kalimat mubtadak-khobar
Misalnya, kalau mubtadak dan khobar sama-sama ma'rifah, maka maknanya bisa ambigu. Maka dipakailah kata ganti subjek terpisah.
- Ibroohiimul mudiiru hunaa (إِبْرَاْهِيْمُ الْمُدِيْرُ هُنَا)
- Bisa bermakna: Ibrahim, the manager, is here.
- Atau bermakna: Ibrahim is the manager here, karena Al-mudiiru (الْمُدِيْرُ) bisa jadi kata sifat ataupun sebagai khobar.
- Maka, akan jelas kalau menjadi: Ibroohiimu huwal mudiiru hunaa (إِبْرَاْهِيْمُ هُوَ الْمُدِيْرُ هُنَا) = Ibrahim is the manager here.
- Contoh lain: Ar-robaa-thu hiya 'aa-shimatul maghribi (الرَّبَاطُ هِيَ عَاصِمَةُ الْمَغْرِبِ) = Rabat is the capital of Morocco --> tidak pakai hiya pun tidak ambigu. Kenapa?
- Dzahaba wa muhammadan (ذَهَبَ وَمُحَمَّدًا) = He went with Muhammad --> disini "wa" tidak akan bermakna "dan", tapi "dengan", sehingga Muhammad manshub.
- Dzahaba huwa wa muhammadun (ذَهَبَ هُوَ وَمُحَمَّدٌ) = He and Muhammad went --> Agar bisa mensejajarkan "he" dan "Muhammad", maka subjek "He" harus ditunjukkan dengan jelas.
- Tapi kalimat kedua tersebut tetap bisa bermakna seperti kalimat pertama, yaitu "He went with Muhammad", kalau i'rob Muhammadun menjadi Muhammadan. Maka dari itu, i'rob akhir kalimat PENTING!! --> Dzahaba huwa wa muhammadan (ذَهَبَ هُوَ وَمُحَمَّدًا) = He went with Muhammad.
- Kaana hunaa (كَانَ هُنَا) = He was here.
- Huwa kaana hunaa (هُوَ كَانَ هُنَا) = HE was here.
- Qum (قُمْ) = You get up!
- Qum anta (قُمْ أَنْتَ) = YOU get up!
Berbeda-beda untuk perfective maupun imperfective (lihat subbab imbuhan kata ganti)
